Savio Pharma Italia is part of the Savio Group
The Savio Group, led by the Stefanelli family since the 1980s, has experienced steady growth over the years, establishing itself as a leader in the Italian pharmaceutical sector. Today the Group employes 500 people and has achieved a turnover of over 100 million euros.
The Group is distinguished by its unwavering commitment to the entire scientific community, fostering active collaboration with physicians, practitioners, distributors, and healthcare institution to improve therapeutic adherence and the health of patients with chronic diseases.
It forges strategic partnerships, supports and trains its stakeholders through conferences and CME courses, and organizes initiatives focused on environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
Always active in R&D, the Group focuses primarily on the areas of diabetology, osteoarticular, endocrinology, cardiometabolic health, and gastroenterology. It operates in 2 production sites in Italy: one in Ronco Scrivia ( nearby Genova), specializing in Medical Devices, and one in Pavia , specializing in oral liquid and solid drugs.
The Group’s ambitious extend beyond national borders: in addition to manufacturing specialty pharmaceuticals for third parties destined for global markets, it is now committed to distributing its own products in international markets.

Savio Pharma Italia is a wholly owned subsidiary of the wholly Italian-owned parent company F&S Holding S.r.l.
The Group is involved in a wide range of activities, including research, production, and distribution of therapeutic solutions, as well as scientific outreach to health professionals. This comprehensive approach reflects the Group’s passion and commitment to offering high-quality therapeutic solutions and support to Patients, General Practitioners, Specialists, Distributors and Institutional Representatives.
